The 6 pillars of Lifestyle Medicine are whole food nutrition, physical activity, stress management, restorative sleep, positive social connection and avoidance of risky substances. While focusing on the 6 pillars, patients can make significant changes to their overall health and wellbeing.
Dr. Joshi is a Diplomat of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and incorporates these pillars of health into her practice. She provides additional nutrition, fitness, and sleep counseling to her patients with the hopes to help them live healthier lives.

We will obtain a thorough medical history, discuss your personal goals, conduct a physical examination, and obtain biometric information and review relevant blood work to assess your current health status.

During this portion of the consultation we will review diet, physical activity, sleep habits, stress and other factors to assess your lifestyle.
